Spring Herb Infused Vinegar

$12.00

Made with fresh plant locally wild foraged horsetail, nettle and chickweed infused with apple cider vinegar, this vinegar is truly inspired by the early spring medicinal herbs that grow wild along the creek and at the edge of the forest in my back yard. Since it takes about 4-6 weeks to infuse the vinegar, I wild-harvested these young growths in the beginning of March and they carry the rebirth and cleansing properties of the early shoots. It’s amazing how nature provides exactly what our bodies need as we emerge from the winter: detoxification, strengthening, and re-mineralization. This infusion was made with fresh plants, which makes for a potent medicine and a mild flavor.

Add 1-2 tsp in hot water as a lovely morning tonic, or use in any recipe that calls for vinegar, especially salad dressings. Also great to for use as a hair rinse. Dilute 2:12 with water, rinse in hair and let sit for 3-5 min then rinse out.
